ZIMBABWE: The government has rejected the Opposition Party's proposal that the prisoners should be allowed to vote in the 2018 General Elections.

Responding to the application submitted by the activists, the Minister of Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Virginia Mabiza said the Election Act did not allow them to appeal to Parliament to change the law.
