Trump President confirms the restrictions against Russia

US President Donald Trump has signed a bill that will put new restrictions on Russia, by entering the US election in 2016.
The bill that was officially signed at the White House's capital was also set up in Iran and Northern Korea.
The law hinders Trump from restricting Russia's restrictions without the approval of the Congress.
Russia refuses to interfere with the US election with Trump refusing to cooperate with Russia.
Trump accused the Congress that last week had passed the bill and sent it to the capital
Russia has already responded by ordering 755 diplomats to withdraw from its ambassador's offices.
The barriers come several months after President Obama raises 35 Russian diplomats.
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham commended the bill when it was over.
"President Putin did something that nobody in the United States could explain. He brought together Congress,"
