Vice President, Hon. Samia_suluhu_hassan today has negotiated with Irish Retired President, Mrs. Mary Robinson who joined Mrs. Graca Machel, South African Retired President Hayati Nelson Mandela. Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. Graca is a member of the Institute for Peace, Human Rights and Health Services.
